Rego Park Development Seeks Zoning Amendments
Land owner, Trylon LLC is seeking zoning map and text amendments to facilitate a new 15-story mixed-use building at 98-81 Queens Boulevard in Rego Park, Queens. The 153,400 sq.ft. development by RJ Capital Holdings would contain 162 residential units, and 17,400 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. If approved however, several businesses currently residing on the plot would have to be demolished.
