Permit Approved for 40-Story Miami Towers
Namdar Towers has received approval for a land preparation construction permit. The permit is categorized as excavation, piles, and site and soil improvement. John Moriarty, the general contractor, is still awaiting demolition permit approval before construction can begin.
Upon completion, Namdar Towers will provide 1,354 apartments between two buildings. Building one will rise 43-stories with a layout of 714-units, while the other building will rise 41-stories and provide the remaining 640-units. In total, the buildings will require over 1.2 million square feet of construction.
