Permit Apps Filed for 700+ Unit Arlington Project
A permit application valued at $236,276,000.00 has been filed for the Ames Center redevelopment project along Fort Myer Drive & N. Nash Street in Arlington. The project will include a 31-story South Tower along with a 30-story North Tower featuring a total of 732 units. The North Tower will also incorporate the existing church on the site into its design.
