Permit Apps Filed for The Hillandale Gateway Project
A permit application, valued at $58,342,746.00 has been filed to begin construction at 10100 New Hampshire Avenue, part of the Hillandale Gateway Project. This first building will include around 400,000 square feet of space with the project set to feature 146 age-restricted units, 350 market-rate units, and over 20,000 square feet of retail space when complete.
