Permit Issued for Downtown DC Office to Residential Conversion
A permit has been issued to begin work on the conversion of the office building at 1111 20th St. NW Washington DC. The project calls for interior demolition and construction to include an updated facade, new MEPs, and finishes. When complete the building will feature 162 residential units along with ground-floor retail space.
