Permit Issued for Renovations at Exchange 200 in Malden
A building permit has been issued the renovations to the existing office building at 200 Exchange Street in Malden Center. The permit includes selective interior and exterior demolition along with the upgrade of mechanical systems. When complete Exchange 200 will offer over 300,000 square feet of new creative office, data center and ground-floor retail and restaurant space. Upgrades to the space will also include a lobby redesign along with a fitness facility.
