Permit Issued to 1.1 Million SF Everett Development
Everett Planning has approved a proposed 800-unit, 1,156,040 SF mixed-use development for 1690 Revere Beach Parkway. Currently the site of a Stop & Shop grocery store, plans call for a transit-oriented redevelopment featuring 3 mid-rise buildings, 47,000 SF of curated indoor amenities, 16,400 SF of ground floor retail space, and a total of 881 parking spaces.
