Permit Pulled for $2.75M Renovations to South Shore Hotel
A permit valued at $2.75M has been pulled for renovations to the Hyatt Place hotel in Braintree. The work will include new finishes in all 204 guest rooms along with exterior painting, lobby renovations, and new windows. The hotel was originally built in 1980 and is expected to re-open in April 2021.
