Permit Pulled for Construction of 27-Unit Apartment Building in Dorchester
A building permit valued at $5,000,000 has been pulled by Geneva Realty Group, LLC for Bedrock in Dorchester. Plans call for a five-story building featuring 27 apartment residences, including 9 studios, 12 one bedrooms, 5 two bedrooms, and 1 three-bedroom. Four residences would be designated affordable. Amenities would include a community room, open green space, a bicycle storage room, and eight on-site garage parking spaces.
The approved development will replace a one-family house located next to the newly built Four Corners/Geneva MBTA commuter rail station, with direct transit service to Downtown Boston.
