Permit Pulled for Interior Reno to Fenway Multi-Family
A permit valued at just over $1M has been pulled for renovations to the apartments at 77 Park Drive. The project includes the remodel of 23 kitchens and bathrooms along with sire alarm and sprinkler work. 77 Park Drive is part of the Park Gallery, which features 55 units in total. The Davis Companies and The Copley Group acquired buildings for $28.5 in February 2020.
