Permit Pulled for Test Borings at 319-327 Chelsea St.
A permit has been pulled for 3 test boring at the site of the approved 319-327 Chelsea Street project in East Boston. The approved plans feature 38 apartments plus ground-floor retail space and parking for 42 cars. The project will replace the Magrath Funeral Home on the site which has now been vacated. A change of ownership on the project was approved by the BPDA in September.
