Permit Pulled to Begin Construction for The Residences at Hyde Park Station
Developer Milan Patel has pulled a permit to begin construction for The Residences at Hyde Park Station. The existing 3 family home will be demolished to make way for a new 4-story mixed-use building. The project will include 24 residential units along with a small, 300 square foot office space on the ground floor. Residents will have access to 24 garage parking spaces plus a common roof deck.
