Permit Pulled to Begin Construction on new CVS at Nobscot Village
D.F. Pray has pulled a permit valued at $1,950,650 to being construction on a new CVS at 774 Water Street in Framingham. The permit calls for new ground-up structural steel with a pre-engineered metal roof truss. The new CVS is part of the planned $43.5 million redevelopment of the shopping plaza that would include around 160 residential units and 25,000 square feet of commercial space.
