Permit Pulled to Begin Renovation of Jackson Graham Building
A permit has been pulled to begin the repositioning of the Jackson Graham building, former HQ of the Metro. Work will include the selective structural and non-structural demolition of floors B3 through 8 along with the removal of the facade of the existing structure. The building will be completely redesigned and modernized, with the addition of several floors bringing the total project square footage to more than 420,000 square feet. The redevelopment will focus on health, wellness, and workplace amenities.
