Permit Pulled to Begin Work on Doyle's Cafe Redevelopment
Watermark Development has pulled a permit valued at $5,250,000 to begin work on the redevelopment of the Doyle's Cafe along Washington Street in JP. Plans call for the restoration of the 4,500 SF Doyle's Cafe to include a new 5,000 SF market plus 16 new condominiums in a 4 stories addition. Plans for the project were approved in 2021.
