Permit Pulled to Convert Former Allston Grocery Store to CVS
A permit valued at $1,126,500 has been pulled to convert the former B Fresh Grocery Store at 214 Harvard Ave. to a CVS. The project involves an interior fit-out and a new exterior entrance to the store from the rear parking lot. The nearly 13,000 square foot Allston property was originally constructed in 2004.
