Permit Pulled to Cut Gas Service to 89 Brighton Ave.
A permit has been issued to cut and cap the gas service to 89 Brighton Avenue in Allston in prep for demo. This demo would make way for the approved mixed-use project BLDG 89, to feature 129 apartments and 7,500 square feet of retail space. The project would also include parking for 79 cars and 138 bikes. Mike Samuels of Eden Properties tells BLDUP they expect to kick off demo shortly and plan to deliver units in the Spring of 2021.
