Permit Pulled to Modernize All Elevators at The Homer Building
A permit has been pulled to modernize 13 elevators at The Homer Building in downtown DC. The project includes the replacement of controllers, hoist machines, motors, roping, power unit, hoistway equipment, car top equipment, door operators, and hall and car fixtures as applicable. Cab interiors will also be replaced. The property features 460,000 square feet of office space along with a roof deck and fitness facility.
