Permit Pulled to Prep Site for Demo at 81 Chestnut Hill Ave.
A permit has been pulled to build a temporary fence around the site at 81 Chestnut Hill Avenue in Brighton in preparation for demo to kick off. Upcoming will be a 14 unit residential project that was approved by the BPDA in April 2018. The building will feature 12 two-bedrooms, 3 three-bedrooms, and 17 parking spaces.
