Permit Request Filed for Clubhouse at CigarLoft@Albany
Plans for a former cigar factory to be converted into apartments under a plan by a local Tampa developer have been approved and a permit request has been field for new construction of the clubhouse. Cigar Lofts @Albany will complete a total rehabilitation of the existing factory and the construction of 10 new townhomes with a pool and clubhouse on the surrounding land. The community would feature 46 parking spaces.
