Permits Filed for 10-Story Affordable Project in Ocean Hill
Building permits have just been filed for a 10-story, mixed-use development, at 2435 Pacific Street in Ocean Hill, Brooklyn.
Jointly developed by Alembic Community Development, Love Fellowship Tabernacle, and Brooklyn Community Housing & Services, the building would contain apartment units. These will be dedicated exclusively to affordable and supportive housing, with a focus on families and domestic violence survivors.
Plans also call for square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. It would be constructed on two neighboring lots, which are currently sitting vacant. Love Fellowship Tabernacle filed the plans and owns both pieces of property.
