Permits Filed for 10-Story Mixed-Use in Gowanus
Building permits have just been filed for a 10-story, mixed-use development, at 284 4th Avenue in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Developed by FKAL Management, the building would contain affordable housing apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story commercial building will be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
