Permits Filed for 12-Story Residential Project in Woodside
Building permits have just been filed for a 12-story, residential development, at 58-01 Queens Boulevard in Woodside, Queens.
Developed by , the building is set to contain apartments, offered in one and two-bedroom configurations. Units will carry an average price tag of around $750,000. Tenant amenities are to include a fitness center, a personal storage area, a children’s playroom, and resident lounges, located both indoors and outdoors.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. In addition to residential space, plans call for a cellar level, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
An existing Walgreens location is set to be demolished in order to make way for the new development. Bound on three sides by Queens Boulevard, 58th Street, and 44th Avenue, the project site totals square feet. Construction is estimated to begin in April of 2023, with a projected completion date of 2025.
