Permits Filed for 12-Story Supportive Housing Project on the UWS

Building permits have just been filed for a 12-story, mixed-use development, at 105 West 108th Street on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Developed by , the building will contain rental units (likely supportive housing) and 14,018 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level and a rear yard.

Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, 4-story building, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
