Permits Filed for 13-Story Mixed-Use in Mott Haven
Building permits have just been filed for a 13-story, mixed-use development, at 261 Walton Avenue in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments, with approximately 130 of these units reserved for affordable housing.
Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. A large industrial building would have to be demolished on the site in order to make way for the new development.
