Building permits have just been filed for a 14-story, mixed-use development, at 1111 Fox Street in the Bronx's Crotona Park East neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments (a select amount of which will be dedicated to affordable housing). Plans also call for a cellar, and 6,702 square feet of community facility space.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The lot is presently vacant and no demolition will be required.
