Building permits have just been filed for a 17-story, mixed-use development, at 133-9 37th Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Developed by 223 Borden Avenue LIC, LLC, the building would contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of office suites. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
