Permits Filed for 18-Story Condo Project on the UWS
Building permits have just been filed for an 18-story, mixed-use development, at 200 West 88th Street on Manhattan's Upper West Side. Developed by , the building will contain just residential units. Based on that figure and the size of the building, these will likely come in the form of luxury condos. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet altogether. The project site is comprised of 4 neighboring lots. Several low-rise buildings will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
