Building permits have just been filed for a 4-story, residential development, at 1690 Monroe Avenue in the Claremont neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by N2 Construction Corp, the building will contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a rear yard.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing, single-family house, will have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
