Permits Filed for 43-Story Tower in Downtown Brooklyn
Permits have just been filed for a 43-story, mixed-use tower development at 356 Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Developed by The Feil Organization, the structure would contain rental apartments, spread across square feet. In addition to housing units, there are plans for well over 100,000 square feet of commercial space. Based on this figure, it's likely that a large majority of the space would be allocated for office use. Designed by SLCE Architects, the entire structure will total square feet, and stand feet tall. It will have 2-basement levels as well as both outdoor and indoor parking for a combined vehicles. An existing 3-story retail building on the site will be torn down in order to make way for the new development. Demolition permits have already been filed.
