Permits Filed for 5-Story Self-Storage Facility in Gowanus

Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The property is a bit of an oddball as it sits directly beneath the NYC Subway's Culver Line Viaduct.

The two buildings that make up the current storage facility would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
