31-23 Linden Place Update 09/21/22

Permits Filed for 6-Story Mixed-Use Building in Flushing

Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, mixed-use development, at 31-23 Linden Place in Flushing, Queens. Developed by Alan Mei, the building would contain rental apartments and 2,830 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.

Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story house would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.

The current design plans have been revised and downsized from the previously filed plans, which called for a 10-story structure. Renderings are not yet available to showcase the updated plans, but with a total unit count exceeding that of the older plans, it's likely that the architectural team had to go back to the drawing board entirely.
