Permits Filed for 6-Story Rental Building in Highbridge
Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, residential development, at 1472 Shakespeare Avenue in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx.
Developed by Egris Haxhari under the name, H20 LLC, the building will contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level, and an open, rear parking lot, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet.
The project site has already been demolished and it currently sits vacant, awaiting the start of construction.
