Permits Filed for 6-Story Residential Building in Bedford-Stuyvesant
Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, residential development at 7 Skillman Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Developed by Bedford Flushing Holding Corp, the building would contain condo units. Plans also call for an open parking area and an enclosed garage with enough room for vehicles combined. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 3-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
