Permits Filed for 6-Story Residential Project in Parkchester
Building permits have just been filed for a 6-story, residential development, at 1550 White Plains Road in the Bronx's Parkchester neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level and an open parking area with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The previous structures that occupied the lot have already been demolished in preparation for the new development.
