Permits Filed for 6-Story Residential Project in Williamsbridge
Permits have just been filed for a 6-story, residential development at 3831 Carpenter Avenue in the Bronx's Williamsbridge neighborhood. Developed by KGCJ Development Corp, the building would contain rental apartments and 216 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar and open parking spaces. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story residential building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
