Permits Filed for 7-Story Mixed-Use Building in Flatbush
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development, at 2508 Foster Avenue in Brooklyn's Flatbush neighborhood. Developed by Samuel Landau under the name 311 Jefferson Street LLC, the building is set to contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a small, enclosed parking area, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. A string of single-story retail shops has already been demolished in order to make way for the new development.
