Additional building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development, going up at 1420 Stebbins Avenue in the Bronx's Crotona Park East neighborhood. Developed by , the finished building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail.
