Permits Filed for 7-Story Mixed-Use in Hells Kitchen
Permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development at 350 West 44th Street in Manhattan's Hells Kitchen neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain condominium units and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for a cellar and a rear yard. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
