Permits Filed for 7-Story Mixed-Use in LIC
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, mixed-use development, at 11-36 45th Road in Long Island City, Queens. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments and 22,965 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
