Permits Filed for 7-Story Residential Project in East New York
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development, at 186 Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn's East New York neighborhood. Developed by Yehuda Kohn of Partner 176 NY LLC, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story commercial building (currently home to a flower shop) would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
