Permits Filed for 7-Story Residential Project in Morris Heights
Building permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development, at 84 West 174th Street in the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by Isaac Rosenberg, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for an open parking area and an enclosed garage, with enough room for vehicles combined.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The lot is a double-wide, with half of the property currently unimproved. A single-family house, occupying the other half, would still have to be demolished, however, before construction can begin.
