Permits Filed for 8-Story Residential Building in Rockaway Park
Permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development at 130 Beach 120th Street in Rockaway Park, Queens. Developed by Dennis Druzhinsky, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing home would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
