Permits Filed for 8-Story Residential Project in Concourse
Permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development at 1688 Weeks Avenue in the Bronx's Concourse neighborhood. Developed by Weeks Capital Associates LLC, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level and a rear yard space. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story multi-family building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
