Permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development at 711 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. Developed by , the building would contain residential units. Plans also call for a cellar and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing single-story laundromat building would have to be torn down in order to make way for the new development. purchased the property back in 2016, but hasn't filed for demolition permits as of yet.
