Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development, at 171 West 239th Street in the Bronx's Kingsbridge neighborhood. Developed by , the building will contain units, consisting of both rental apartments and affordable housing. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Approximately 3 existing buildings belonging to the Blessed Virgin Mary Church would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
