Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, supportive housing development, at 450 East 158th Street in the Melrose neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building would contain living units and 27,074 square feet of community facility space. Plans also call for a cellar level, with enough storage room for 16 bicycles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 2-story building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
