Permits Filed for 9-Story Apartment Project in Jerome Park
Building permits have just been filed for a 9-story, residential development, at 225 Bedford Park Boulevard in the Jerome Park neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. Three single-family houses that currently occupy the lot would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
