Permits Filed for 9-Story Rental Project in Jerome Park
Building permits have just been filed for a 9-story, mixed-use development, at 2741 Creston Avenue in the Jerome Park neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level, and 2,153 square feet of community facility space, which will be used as a daycare center.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. Two single-family houses have already been demolished in order to make way for the new development.
