Permits Filed for 9-Story Residential Project in Tremont
Permits have been filed for a 9-story, residential development at 2183 Morris Avenue in the Bronx's Tremont neighborhood. Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar and a small rear yard. Designed by , with work to be carried out by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. Three 2 to 3-story residential buildings have already been demolished on the site in order to make way for the new development.
